Languages: Mandarin Chinese, Turkish, Spanish, and English. ## Bio and CV Cem Nalbantoğlu is the founder and managing consultant of CNAL Consulting, based in Madrid, Spain. He specializes in international sourcing, supply chain consulting, and market entry, with a focus on China, Türkiye, and the EU. He holds a degree in Political Science from Middle East Technical University (Ankara), a Master's in International Relations from Zhejiang University (China), and an Applied Master's in Market Research from the University of Castilla-La Mancha (Spain). He conducted doctoral research in International Relations at Wuhan University, entirely in Mandarin, and was a visiting researcher at the University of Deusto (Bilbao), focusing on EU-China geopolitics. He has completed over 50 projects for clients across more than 16 countries, building long-term client relationships. Before CNAL, he co-founded an international trade consultancy that multiplied its revenue within 16 months and managed multi-million dollar accounts. He has published peer-reviewed research on EU-China relations and supply chain geopolitics in journals across Spain, South Korea, the USA, and China. Native Turkish speaker.
