What we do

CNAL Consulting is, at its core, a supply chain consultancy. We help companies find the right suppliers, negotiate the right terms, and build reliable supply chains across international markets, primarily China and Türkiye.

We work directly with manufacturers. We do not use Alibaba, sourcing platforms, or trading companies. Every supplier we recommend has been contacted one-on-one, verified, and assessed by our team, in the local language, on the ground.

The result: real factory prices, direct communication with the people who make your product, and full transparency over your supply chain.

Our sourcing process

Every sourcing engagement follows a structured process, adapted to the specific market and product category. The depth varies by project, but the discipline stays the same.

Analyze your product and needs: we understand your specifications, quality standards, and commercial requirements before approaching any supplier.
Build a sourcing model: what to source, from where, and how to structure the import.
Establish target pricing: realistic price targets based on your margins and market, set before we talk to any manufacturer.
Define requirements: technical specifications, certifications, minimum order quantities, and compliance needs derived from the target pricing.
Identify potential suppliers: through our network, direct research, and local contacts, never through mass-messaging or platform searches.
Direct outreach: we contact each candidate individually, in the local language. No generic enquiries.
Screen and vet: we verify credentials, production capacity, certifications, and track record.
Collect pricing and documentation: detailed, comparable quotes from each qualified supplier.
Sample and test: we arrange samples, inspect them, and evaluate quality before any commitment.
Contract and protection: through our trusted local legal partners, we draft contracts that protect your interests under local law.

Two ways to work with us

Outsourced supply chain manager: We act as your supply chain team in the target market, managing suppliers, orders, quality, and logistics on a retained, ongoing basis. You get a permanent operational presence in China or Türkiye without hiring locally.

Design and handoff: We build the full supply chain for you, sourcing model, verified suppliers, logistics plan, contracts, and hand it off for your team to run. You get a turnkey system you own and operate.

Product development: if you have a concept or specification, we work with manufacturers to develop it into a production-ready product.

Why CNAL

No trading companies. We work with the factories that make your product. You know exactly who your supplier is, what their capacity is, and what they charge, without a margin stacked on top by a middleman.
